A Diamond With Prices 27 Million U.S. Dollars

GENEVA : A pear-shaped diamond clear which is the largest diamond ever offered at auction and sold for a record price of close to 27 million U.S. dollars (USD 263 billion) in an auction in Geneva, Switzerland. In the auction, the auctioneer Christie's, the sale price of pearls and sapphires also a record.

An auction house employee holds a pear-shaped diamond of 101.73 carats. The diamond was sold at a price of 27 Million U.S. Dollars in an auction at Christies auction house.
